Our Activities

Our programs are vast and varied. Besides our compulsory rehab program, people need to sign up to at least two other extra activities. You can sign up for more if you have space in your schedule. You can also change your extra activities during your time here anytime you want. We don’t mind if you fall in love with one activity or if you want to try all of them. These extra activities focus on building your spirit; helping you learn how to become a better human. You will learn to love yourself and the people around you.

Yoga

This exercise has been developed by the Hindu tradition. They used yoga poses to reach a special connection with God. Yoga helps you stretch and relax. Many people have used yoga as an exercise because of the following physical effects.

  • Flexible and stronger muscles.
  • Better breathing patterns.
  • Increases energy and your vitality.
  • Balanced metabolism
  • Reduces weight
  • Better cardio health
  • Less injury prone

Besides this, we will also help yoga improve your spirit. Yoga can help you reach a state of mental clarity and calmness. This was initially used to connect with the Hindu God, but we do not have to do that. Instead, we will guide and teach you how to use that clarity to connect with yourself. We will teach you how to understand your limits as a person and love them.

Meditating

This is a practice that a lot of people use to relieve stress. Meditation is a habit where people collect their thoughts and try to aim their ideas towards one goal. The goal can be a lot of different things; the aiming is the important part. Meditation promotes many healthy habits because you learn the actions that should follow negative thoughts. Negative and unwanted thoughts happen to everyone, but with meditation, you can cope with them healthily.

  • Helps you become self-aware of your drug triggers and yourself

Outdoor Nature Programs

Humans have always had a special connection with nature. There is something that feels authentic and closer to our soul. Nature is always beautiful, and it makes us feel free. We all have experienced a rush of love for nature when we are in it that seems to come from somewhere unexplained. That feeling is one of the reasons why nature is one of the best places to train your spirit.

Some of the activities you may do include the following:

  • Orienteering
  • Scavenging and Cooking
  • Camping
  • Hiking
  • Creative Art Using Nature

We all came from nature. This where Mother nature gets its name. Perhaps that is one of the reasons why we feel like we belong there.
